This is a recording of a live News Talk interview with host Dave Fair, President and C.E.O. of Homeland Crisis Institute and Prof. Eli Somer, Ph.D., a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Director of Training at Maytal - Israel Institute for Treatment and Study of Stress. Dr. Somer's town Haifa, Israel came under surprise shelling during the recent Israeli war with terrorist factions in Lebanon.
